U.S. Representative for the 1st Kansas Congressional District Tim Huelskamp answers a constituent's question during a town hall meeting Thursday at Hillsboro City Hall. About 50 people, mostly senior citizens, listened as Huelskamp fielded a wide variety of questions covering ISIS and Middle East terrorism, the farm bill, Internet neutrality, wind farms, taxes, and more.
