Hillsboro High School seniors enjoy a lighthearted moment during Saturday's graduation ceremonies at Brown Gymnasium. The 46-member class of 2015 had seven valedictorians and two salutatorians, and outperformed the state average on the ACT college admissions test by four points. In addition to recognizing students who won various academic honors and scholarships, USD 410 Superintendent Steve Noble presented a plaque to outgoing HHS/MS Principal Max Heinrichs for his many years of service as a teacher, coach, and administrator.

The second semifinal game was called in the sixth inning due to rain, delaying the championship game until Wednesday.

Zana Manche, agricultural education instructor, gave the commencement address. Co-valedictorians Johannah Hastings, Erin Brubaker, and Gentry Thiesen addressed family and friends with the welcome and farewell.
