20th Century Club members bond over sandwiches

Twenty-one members of 20th Century Club gathered at Zimmerman’s on April 7. The group shared hot ham and cheese sandwiches, salad, and dessert.

Teresa Huffman, county economic developer, told the group about ways her office supports existing businesses and tourism in the county.

Officers were elected for 2014-15. Those elected were Betty Sanders, president; Becky Summerville, vice president, Margaret Pickering, recording secretary; Sally Hannaford, treasurer; and Carol Laue, corresponding secretary.

The next meeting will be at 10 a.m. May 3 at Milk and Honey Bed and Breakfast. Hosts will be Betty Sanders, Becky Summerville, and Margaret Pickering.
