Goessel Goal Getters
The April meeting of Goessel Goal Getters 4-H Club was held April 9.
We started off with a roll call of, “What is your favorite thing to do when it is raining?” There were 31 members, 11 parents, three guests, and five leaders present.
Samantha gave the 4-H council report. Suzanne Meier, community leader, reported that Dustyn and Samantha stepped up at the last 4-H council meeting when the president was not there.
Project talks were given by: Luke Stucky about small engines; Cali Stucky about caring for a kitten; and Jayley Schmidt showed us how to make ranch pretzels. Madeline and Emily showed us their 10 years in 4-H through a presentation called “5 More Minutes.” Ben Olson led us in a game of 4 Corners.
The next meeting was moved to May 14 because of a music concert May 7.
