‘Jeff’ Richmond

A celebration of life for Donald “Jeff” Richmond, 64, who peacefully departed this life on July 17, 2024, will be at 6 p.m. July 27, 2024, at Marion Country Club.

The event will be a time for friends and family to come together and share memories.

Jeff was born on March 25, 1960, to Beverly and Donald Richmond. He was a 1979 graduate of Marion High and was employed at John’s Manville for 26 years.

He enjoyed golfing, fishing, hunting, and spending time with his children and grandchildren.

Jeff’s passing has left a void in the hearts of many, but his memory lives on in those who knew and loved him.

He is survived by his son, Jeffrey Richmond (and wife Erica); daughter Lindsey Grosse; six grandchildren, Noah, Braylee, Elaina, Kason, Vada, and Shiloh; sister Pam Hett (and husband Glen); and brother Mike Richmond.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Rodney, and sister Glenis.

In lieu of flowers, funds are being raised to create a memorial at Marion Country Club in Jeff’s honor.
