‘Jim’ Goering

Services for Theodore “Jim” Goering, 86, who died Wednesday at his home in North Newton, will be scheduled later.

Born May 3, 1935, to Peter and Frieda Goering near Pretty Prairie, he married Shirley Ann Suderman on May 31, 1957, at Trinity Mennonite Church. She survives along with children Shirley Ingram, Timothy Goering, Thomas Goering, Susan Leahy, and Trevor Goering; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
