These accidents were reported to Marion County law enforcement agencies:

Indigo Road near 100th

Lindsey Jo Morford, 25, 1269 160th Road, Hillsboro, struck and killed a deer was struck at 11 p.m. July 13 on Indigo Road near 100th, while driving a 2004 Pontiac Grand Am. Katie Lynn Morford, 23, of the same address as the driver, was a passenger. The vehicle was registered to Quentin A. Morford, of the same address as the driver.

Coble and Welch streets, Marion

Two vehicles collided at 9:42 a.m. July 16 at Coble and Welch streets, Marion, when Edward Elliott Jeffrey, 73, 12 Random Road, Marion, was eastbound on Welch Street in 2003 Chevrolet S-10 pickup and was attempting to turn north on Coble Street. Jeffrey crossed into the westbound lane and struck a 2011 Dodge Charger, driven by Derek L. Fetrow, 40, Strong City, who was southbound on Coble Street and was turning west onto Welch Street. The Charger was registered to the City of Marion.

400 block of 250th Road near Chisholm Trail

Marlene Ann Fast, 54, 116 S. Lincoln St., Hillsboro, rolled a 2002 Ford Explorer at 6:30 p.m. July 16 when she was westbound on 250th Road near Chisholm Trail, lost control on loose gravel, and entered a north ditch. The vehicle rolled. She was transported by Hillsboro ambulance to Hillsboro Community Hospital. A passenger, Peter Alan Fast, 23, of the same address as the driver, had possible injuries and was also transported to the Hillsboro hospital.

120th Road near Limestone

Kevin Scott Blankley, 20, 401 Spruce St., Peabody was westbound on 120th Road near Limestone at 1:30 p.m. July 18, when he lost control of a 1999 Chrysler Concord on the rock road, entered a north ditch, causing the vehicle to roll. The vehicle was registered to Steven E. Blankley, of the same address as the driver.

K-150 near Yarrow Road

Bruno DeLima Damasceno, 29, Lawrence, was westbound on K-150 near Yarrow Road at 6:50 p.m. July 19 in a 2003 Nissan Sentra when he told authorities that he looked at his cell phone and went onto the right shoulder. The driver over-corrected and the vehicle entered a ditch and drove through a barbed wire fence.
