200 block of 2nd Street, Lincolnville

A 1993 Chevrolet pickup truck registered to John Beneke, 11152 N. Woodlawn Blvd, Valley Center, was struck by an unknown vehicle that left the scene at 6 p.m. Dec. 17 in the 200 block of 2nd Street Lincolnville.

U.S. 50 east of Mustang Road

A feeder fell off the back of a 2008 Ford pickup truck owned by Jeremy Gossen, 35, 690 Mustang Road, Peabody, while Gossen was driving west on U.S. 50 at 9:04 p.m. Dec. 17. The feeder struck Wayne Thies, 71, 601 W. 8th St., Newton, driving his 2007 Buick passenger car west on U.S. 50. No injuries were reported from the accident.

U.S. 77 north of 100th Road

Kenneth Walters, 69, 1595 S. 2400 Road, Herington, struck a deer driving north on U.S. 77 at 6:17 Dec. 16. He was driving his 2001 Chevrolet passenger car.

U.S. 77 south of 180th Road

Cynthia Taylor, 51, 215 W. 10th St., Florence, lost control of her 1999 Ford van driving in icy conditions south on U.S. 77 and struck an embankment at 10 a.m. Dec. 20. No injuries were reported from the accident.

U.S. 56 west of Industrial Street

Haley Martin, 23, Great Bend, struck a deer driving west on U.S. 56 at 6:50 p.m. Dec. 17. She was driving a 1996 Buick passenger car registered to Roland Marint, 909 Larned St, Belpre.
