Vista Rd. north of 340th Rd.

Donald R. Cole, 57, of 3439 Vista Rd., Lost Springs, and Mickey Lee Brubaker, 18, 2867 U.S. 77, Lincolnville, collided while Cole was backing out of his driveway at 8:30 a.m. Nov. 9. Cole was driving his 1991 Honda station wagon, and Brubaker was driving a 2000 Ford pickup registered to James E. Green, same address. No injuries were reported.

Deer strikes

Lindey Rea Glenn, 28, 812 Rockledge Dr., Junction City, struck and killed a deer with her 2012 Toyota sedan at 6 p.m. Nov. 8 on U.S. 56/77 south of 280th Rd. Glenn suffered a possible injury but was not transported. The car had to be towed.

Kayla Hemmen-Hageman, 25, 4801 N. 167th St. W., Colwich, struck and killed a deer with a 2011 Chevrolet sedan registered to Janice Hageman, same address, at 5:55 p.m. Nov. 9 on U.S. 50 east of Turkey Creek Rd. The car had to be towed.

Cole Matthew Ehlers, 18, 2405 300 Rd., Formoso, struck and killed a deer with his 2006 Ford coupe at 6:30 p.m. Nov. 9 on Indigo Rd. south of 90th Rd.

Richard C. Chumbley Jr., 59, 1942 Narrow Rd., Marion, struck a deer with his 2010 Chrysler van at 9:30 p.m. Nov. 12 on 120th Rd. west of Eagle Rd.

Lindsay Kathryn Page, 21, 2009 Castle Bluff, San Marcos, Texas, struck and killed a deer with a 2011 Ford coupe registered to Tammie A. Gurley, 3852 Leisure Ln., Denton, Texas, at 1:30 a.m. Friday on U.S. 77 south of 110th Rd. The car had to be towed.
