400 block of S. Birch St.

While trying to come to a stop, Abigail Marlene Shope, 18, 115 S. Birch St., Hillsboro, slid on ice and snow in her 2010 Ford Mustang and struck the rear of a 1995 Ford SUV driven by Benjamin Stanley Calvert, 18, 602 N. Main, Ramona, at 4:55 p.m. on Feb. 2. Police reported no injuries. However, Calvert’s bumper was collapsed in and the responding officer thought it would require a complete replacement.

Roger A. Hagen, 62, 506 S. Main St., Hillsboro did not notice Lucretia Natosha Ball, 25, 2462 K-15, Hillsboro, had parked her 2003 Chevrolet Blazer on Ash St. and was unable to stop his 2000 Mercury sedan on the snow packed roadway before striking her vehicle at 11:30 a.m. on Feb 5. Police reported no injuries.

60th Rd. west of Mustang Rd.

Debra K. Lilly, 57, of 202 N. Locust St., Peabody, lost control of her 2000 Ford pickup, went into a ditch, and rolled the vehicle at 10:55 p.m. Feb. 1. Police reported no injuries. The vehicle had to be towed.

Main St. south of 5th St. in Florence

Melvin E. Honeyfield, 61, of 122 Billings St., Marion, slid on an icy road in his 1997 Ford pickup and collided with a parked 2008 Chevrolet van registered to Danko Emergency Equipment Company, 302 E. 4th St., Snyder, Neb., while trying to park at 11:30 a.m. Feb. 2. Police reported no injuries.

Kanza Rd. north of U.S. 56

David Jeremy Sanders, 42, of 211 S. Cedar St., Hillsboro, slid on an icy road and struck a stop sign with a 2004 Dodge pickup registered to Elcon Services, 503 Orchard Dr., Hillsboro, at 12:13 p.m. Feb. 3. Police reported no injuries.
