According to accident reports released Monday:

SHERIFF

290th Rd. east of Quail Creek Rd.

Donald Vinduska, 74, Lincolnville, struck a deer with his 2009 Chevrolet Silverado at 7 p.m. Feb. 27.

He drove the vehicle from the scene.

Mustang Rd. south of 90th Rd.

Preston Ellis, 29, Goessel, was southbound when his 2014 Toyota Tundra crossed the road and went into the east ditch, rolling and coming to rest on the driver’s side door at 5:45 a.m. Feb. 28. Sheriff’s deputy Derek Fetrow reported fatigue and snow were contributing factors. The vehicle was towed from the scene.

Sunflower Rd. north of 130th Rd.

Amber Williams, 21, Marion, was northbound when her 2000 Pontiac Grand Prix veered into the east ditch, striking a steel post at 9:43 a.m. March 1. Sheriff’s deputy Derek Fetrow reported snow was a contributing factor. Williams requested to leave the car at the scene to retrieve later.

Sunflower Rd. south of 180th Rd.

Lisa Jacobsen, 52, Florence, was southbound on a snow-packed road when she lost control of her 2009 Chevrolet Aveo and slid into the path of a 2007 Chevrolet Malibu driven by Leslie Allison, 69, Florence, at 8:19 a.m. March 4. The vehicles collided, causing moderate damage to each. Sheriff’s deputy Derek Fetrow reported that Jacobsen was driving too fast for the conditions. Both vehicles were driven from the scene.

Nighthawk Rd. north of US-50

A 1996 Isuzu Rodeo driven by Jarred Weems, 25, Peabody, was northbound on snow-packed Nighthawk Rd. when it went into the east ditch and overturned at 10:42 a.m. March 4. Hillsboro ambulance transported Weems to Via Christi St. Francis Hospital in Wichita. The vehicle was towed from the scene.

Remington Rd. south of 250th Rd.

Shawna Pierce, 47, Marion, was southbound on Remington Rd. in a 2013 Ford Taurus when the vehicle went into the west ditch, striking small trees and brush, at 3:57 p.m. Feb. 28. Sheriff’s deputy Derek Fetrow reported that Pierce and a passenger, Jeffrey Pierce, 53, Marion, were gone when he arrived at the scene, and that he was met by the car’s owner, Walter Hein, Marion. Fetrow listed inattention, blowing snow, and snow on the road as contributing factors. The vehicle was towed from the scene.

190th Rd. west of Pawnee Rd.

Julie Janzen, 49, Hillsboro, struck a deer with her 2007 Ford Edge at 5:30 p.m. Thursday.

She drove the vehicle from the scene.
