According to law enforcement reports released Friday:

170th Rd. west of Remington Rd.

A 2011 Jeep Wrangler driven by Patricia Ash, 62, Marion, caught on fire at 5:20 p.m. July 5. Both the car and a mail box owned by Donna May of rural Marion were destroyed. No injuries were reported.

US-50 east of Alfalfa Rd.

Roberta Saylor, 75, Peabody, struck a deer with her 2008 Cadillac STS at 8:30 p.m. July 2.

K-150 east of Yarrow Rd.

A 2016 Jeep Compass driven by Eric Schum, 34, Gallup, New Mexico, was struck by lightning at 5:43 p.m. July 2 while paused on K-150’s shoulder during heavy rain. The vehicle, owned by EAN Holdings LLC of Tulsa, Oklahoma, was towed.
