According to law enforcement reports released Friday:

290th Rd. west of Jade Rd.

A deer was killed after being struck by a 2004 Chevrolet Impala driven by Ashley Johnson, 26, Tampa, at 7:01 a.m. Sept. 12.

US-56 west of Mustang Rd.

A 1972 GMC 2500 driven by Bradley Shahan, 35, Hillsboro, went into a ditch for an unknown reason and overturned at 12:05 a.m. Aug. 20. Sergeant Larry Starkey reported that alcohol allegedly contributed to the accident. Shahan was reported to have refused an alcohol test, and the allegation was supported by observation. Shahan was transported to Hillsboro Community Hospital for possible injuries.

Limestone Rd. south of 310th Rd.

Nathan Brunner, 29, Tampa, was southbound on Limestone Rd. in a 2014 Ford F-15 owned by Long McArthur, Salina, at 9:54 p.m. Sept. 8 when he reportedly lost control in water on the roadway. The vehicle spun and went into a ditch, striking the left front corner and deploying side airbags. The vehicle was driven from the scene and no injuries were reported.
