These accident reports were released this past week by law enforcement agencies:
SHERIFF
Indigo Rd. south of 90th Rd.
Rachel H. Rivera, 18, Towanda, lost control of her 2019 Chevrolet Malibu at 6:15 p.m. Sept. 23. The Malibu left the road to the right, came back across the center, then left the road to the right again and overturned. Rivera said her steering had locked up and she was unable to steer the car. The car was removed by Auto House Towing.
110 Rd. west of X Ranch Rd.
Emma L. Fay, 18, Marion, lost control of her 2005 Honda Accord at 1:30 a.m. Sept. 28. The Accord slid off the road into a riverbed. The accident was reported at 1:08 p.m. Deputy Kaylan Miles noted Fay had incapacitating injury but did not note whether she was taken to a hospital. Miles cited Fay for failure to remain at the scene of an accident. The Accord was removed by Auto House Towing.
US-56 west of Old Mill Rd.
Justin M. Harm, 38, Salyersville, hit a deer with a 2017 Kenworth truck owned by Wallace Truck Co., Excelsior Springs, Missouri, at 8:29 p.m. Sept. 28.
Sunflower Rd. north of 160th Rd.
Dylan J. Delk, 25, Marion, hit a deer with a 1998 Chevrolet 1500 pickup owned by Christina Delk, Hillsboro, at 1:50 a.m. Sept. 29.
K-15 south of 160th Rd.
Mark A. Seiwert, 60, Wichita, hit a deer with his 2013 Infinity JX35 at 7:41 p.m. Sept. 29. Neither Seiwert nor his passenger, Paula M. Seiwert, 57, Wichita, reported injury. The car was removed by Absolute Towing.
US-50 east of Yarrow Rd.
Larry E. Crabtree, 70, Jefferson City, Missouri, passed a truck in his 2010 Hyundai Santa Fe, then struck a 1997 International truck driven by Wesley L. Woodson, 65, Brookville, and owned by Best in the West Trucking at 3:10 p.m. Oct. 1.
US-50 east of Bluestem Rd.
Andrew M. Weber, 36, Cedar Point, hit a deer with his 2008 Chevrolet F250 at 5:40 a.m. Oct. 1.
US-56 east of Orchard Dr.
Samantha M. Kershner, 35, Herington, was driving a 2008 Chevrolet Bolt westbound on US-56 when she slowed to turn onto Orchard Drive in Hillsboro. The Bolt was struck in the rear by a 2002 International owned by Ronald Vincent, Hutchinson, and driven by Burton D. Earles, 72, Hutchinson, at 1:35 p.m. Oct. 2. The collision sent the Bolt into a soybean field. Kershner was taken by ambulance to Hillsboro Community Hospital. Both vehicles were removed by Auto House Towing.

Connie M. Herpich, 65, Burdick, hit a coyote with her 2013 Hyundai Elantra at 9:38 p.m. Oct. 4.
330th Rd. east of Falcon Rd.
Amy J. Richmond, 28, Tampa, hit a deer with her 2014 Ford Fusion at 6:24 p.m. Oct. 4.
