These accident reports were released this past week by law enforcement agencies:

SHERIFF

US-56 west of Remington Rd.

Chance S. McGinnis, 28, Waverly, hit a deer at 6:30 p.m. Feb. 21 with his 2015 Ford F25 pickup. Neither McGinnis nor his passengers, Rodney J. McGinnis, 57, Waverly, Cheyanne N. Ratliff, 25, Westphalia, and Evelyn C. McGinnis, 55, Waverly, reported injury.

Sunflower Rd. north of 120th Rd.

Bruce L. Plank, 60, Marion, lost control at 11:15 a.m. Feb. 25 while driving a 2002 Honda Odyssey belonging to Janet Plank on an icy roadway. The Honda veered into the east ditch and struck a culvert.
