These accident reports were released this past week by law enforcement agencies:

SHERIFF

US-50 west of Old Mill Rd.

Chad V. Wenger, 43, Newton, drove a 2015 Freightliner off a wet road and into a fence and stand of trees at 11:09 a.m. Sept. 27. The semi he was driving was owned by Medassure Heartland, Newton. Deputy Kalan Miles reported Wenger was tested for illegal drug use and results are pending. No citation has been issued. Wenger did not report injury. The semi was towed.

290th Rd west of Timber Rd.

Susan K. Regalado, 62, Lincolnville, hit a deer at 8 a.m. Sept. 29 with a 2016 Nissan VRS owned by Eugene Regalado, Lincolnville.

US-77 north of 270th Rd.

Jason K. Mateson, 44, Manhattan, hit a deer at 6:10 p.m. Sept. 29 with his 2010 Honda CRV. The Honda was towed.
