These accident reports were released this past week by law enforcement agencies:

SHERIFF

Indigo Rd. north of 80th Rd.

Almeda G. Giroux, 18, Peabody, drove off the road and wrecked in the right ditch at 3:50 p.m. Oct. 14 while driving a 1999 Pontiac owned by Richard Giroux, Ramona. The Pontiac was towed. Deputy Joshua Meliza’s report blamed the accident on inattentive driving, but no citation was issued.

Marion

100 block of S. Lincoln St.

Aaron Homburg, Marion, was driving his 2009 Dodge Ram 2500 when his truck hit a fire hydrant at 3:20 p.m. Oct. 21 in the 100 block of S. Lincoln St. Homburg was moving over so a school bus could drive into the parking lot, according to accident reports.

100 block of S. Billings St.

An unknown vehicle crashed into an Atmos Energy gas meter at 6:20 a.m. Sunday in the 100 block of S. Billings St. The vehicle left the scene before police arrived.
