These accident reports were released this past week by law enforcement agencies:

SHERIFF

Sunflower Rd. north of 160th Rd.

Brook S. Witty, 44, Marion, lost control of a 2013 Toyota Corolla on a slushy bridge at 4:37 p.m. Nov. 27 and drove the car into the left ditch.

Witty may have been injured, deputy Aaron Christner’s report states, but was not taken to a hospital. Ellis M. Witty, 5, of the same address was listed as a passenger. The car, owned by Ben B. Witty of Wakefield, was undamaged.

The report blamed the accident on driving too fast for conditions, but no tickets were issued.

Diamond Rd. south of 110th Rd.

Hunter M. Graber, 16, rural Walton, lost control of a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 in mud at 4:15 p.m. Dec. 4 and drove it into the left ditch, striking a Flint Hills Rural Electric power pole.

Damage to the pickup, owned by Justin P. Graber of the same address, was characterized as minor.

Indigo Rd. north of 130th Rd.

Jeremy C. Robinson, 38, rural Goessel, hit a deer at 5:45 p.m. Dec. 5 with his 2019 Chevrolet Silverado, which sustained damage characterized as minor to its front and left side.

K-15 north of 120th Rd.

Rick A. Miller, 33, rural Hillsboro, hit a deer at 7:05 a.m. Thursday with a 2014 Chevrolet van owned by Funk Electric of Hillsboro.

The van remained drivable despite front-end damage.
