A building in Marion’s industrial park is being sold and its current owner is looking to find another location in Marion County.

Mark Evans, who owns The Airstream Guy, said sale of his building to a trucking company in Nebraska is expected to close May 26.

It took only a couple of weeks for the building to sell, Evans said.

His nephew, Derek Evans, is looking for a building in which to relocate the business.

The location they have in mind is in Marion County, but he declined to specify its location.

Evans said Marion County, which is seeking a building for storage, inquired about the current Airstream Guy building, but a deal with the buyer was already in process.

Airstream Guy has been operating for nearly 10 years at its present location.

It restores Airstream campers and markets them both inside and outside the country. Some of the campers are purchased by the company, restored, and resold. Others are restored for owners.
