Allen, Serene continue to dominate races
The Hillsboro High School boys track team placed eighth Thursday at the Hesston Invitational track meet.
Joel Allen led the team with a first-place finish in the 3200-meter run at 10 minutes, 15.44 seconds.
Callie Serene won the 800 with a time of 2:26.
The girls team placed ninth.
