This year’s winner of the Marion County Record coloring contest is Tristen Miesse, age 6, daughter of Tyler and Erin Miesse. She didn’t hesitate to dig into her prize at the Record office, finding a Pop It that glows in the dark and a miniature fishing game toy among other prizes.

She will share the spoils with her brother Treygan, who got an inflatable ball at the bottom of the stocking, and her grandfather, who loves Tootsie Rolls.
