The Citizens State Bank will be opening a loan office in Hillsboro. The bank will host an open house 1 to 4 p.m. Friday at 120 N. Main, Hillsboro. A ribbon cutting will be at 2 p.m.

Bank Senior Vice President Bob Watson will be based in the Hillsboro office.
