Beverly Morgan

Services for Beverly Jean Morgan, 76, who died Aug. 13 at St. Luke Living Center in Marion, will be 10 a.m. Sept. 2 at Burns Cornerstone Bible Church, Burns.

Pastor Jim Helzer will officiate.

Born June 17, 1947, in Emporia to Dale and Wilma (Little) Martin of Cottonwood Falls, she graduated from Chase County High School in 1965 and attended beauty school.

She married Mike Morgan of Burns in February, 1969, and the couple lived on a farm in the Wonsevu area until his death in September, 2019.

She was a member of Wonsevu Ladies Aid and Wonsevu Community Church.

Survivors include sons Max Morgan of Ramona and Brad Morgan of Cedar Point; sister Becky Baublitz of Pembroke Pines, Florida; four grandsons; and a great-granddaughter.
