Mr. and Mrs. Paul Pankratz announce the arrival of a great-grandson, Ashton Paul Price, born to Jeff and Jennifer Price at Arvada, Colo.

Ashton has a six-year-old sister, Austin and two-year-old brother, Alexander.

Grandparents are David and Sherilyn Kadel of Randall and Zig and Dianne Price of Arvada, Colo.
