Bob Kline

Salesman Harry Robert (Bob) Kline, who died June 24, was buried in Idaho State Veterans Cemetery, Boise, Idaho.

Born Sept. 18, 1933, in Marion County, to Harry R. and Georgia E. (Williams) Kline, he grew up on a farm northwest of Marion and graduated from Marion High School in 1951. He served in the U.S. Army for two years, spending most of that time in Korea. He later received a bachelor’s degree from Emporia State University.

He worked for Travelers Insurance Co. in Kansas City and Boise. Later he worked for Garrett Freight Lines in Boise and then became a reservist coordinator for Idaho Fish and Game. He married Mary Ann Fulton in 1958. He later married June Lee in 1992.

He is survived by daughters Kelly Louise Gowan and Sharon Kristin Hadley, sons Harry Robert Kline Jr. and Bradley Roger Kline, 12 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren.

A memorial fund has been established with Idaho Mountain Search and Rescue Unit, Boise.
