All day, Elf on the shelf, visit participating businesses to find the elf. 10 to 11:30 a.m., Crafts and photos, visit with Santa, Marion City Library. 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., chili and soup, community center. Noon to 4 p.m., Old-fashioned Christmas, Marion Historical Museum. 2 to 5 p.m., Cookies and hot chocolate, Yazel-Megli-Zeiner Funeral Home. 4 to 9 p.m., dinner available at the Elgin. 7 to 10 p.m., live nativity at the Elgin. 5 p.m., decorate bicycles for parade, Baptist Church. 6 p.m., Christmas parade and lighting of the downtown.
