Hillsboro Convention Visitors Bureau will have a pumpkin carving contest on Halloween day.

Jack-o-Lanterns should be taken to the Hillsboro Chamber office between 4:45 and 5 p.m. Judging begins at 5 p.m.

Categories include: decorated all ages; painted or carved businesses; painted or carved ages 10 and under; and painted or carved ages 11 and up.
