Hillsboro High School cheerleaders will conduct a cheerleading clinic for boys and girls from kindergarten through sixth grade from 3:45-4:45 p.m. Jan. 22, 23, and 24 at the elementary school.

Participants will learn basic cheer skills and a dance routine, and perform during halftime at the Jan. 25 boys basketball game against Sterling at Brown Gymnasium.

Registration, including three hours of instruction, game performance, and a T-shirt, costs $15 at the Hillsboro Recreation Commission website. Deadline is 5 p.m. Jan. 18.
