More than 350 vendors will set up shop Saturday at the 39th annual Hillsboro Arts & Crafts Fair from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. in downtown Hillsboro.
Tens of thousands of people will attend the annual event which includes home décor, yard ornaments, clothing, jewelry, and food.
Vendors from around the state and country will begin setting up their booths Friday evening.
Thirty food vendors will provide a variety of items for sale including ethnic food such as verenika, Hillsboro sausage, bierrocks, zwieback, and peppernuts.
Parking will be available in residential areas near the downtown area and at Marion County Fairgrounds with a shuttle service. Handicapped parking also will be available.
The fair is rated among the top 100 arts and crafts show in the country and could attract as many as 40,000 people in the town of less than 3,000 residents.
