Kansas attorney general’s office filed a consent judgment June 11 with Terrence J. Rohleder and Mid-America Opportunity Research Enterprises Inc. to resolve a Consumer Protection Act issue. Rohleder, president of MORE, lives at Lehigh. The company, which offered work-from-home multi-level marketing services, formerly operated at Goessel and now operates at Newton. Under the judgment, Rohleder and MORE will pay a $10,000 civil penalty and a $54,424 investigation fee.
