Peabody Police Department filed a petition June 26 seeking forfeiture of $1,910 seized from Gregory Allen Mancuso during his June 18 arrest on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was formally charged with those alleged offenses June 28.

Hillsboro Police Department filed a petition June 26 seeking forfeiture of $957 seized from Ardell Phillip Jones and Stephanie Lynn Johnson. Jones was formally charged May 18 with two counts of possession of marijuana and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. Johnson was formally charged the same date with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana.
