Farm Credit Services of America filed a lawsuit against Betty J. Williams, Florence, seeking $89,658.46 plus interest Dec. 6. FCS claims Williams financed a $110,800 New Holland combine and equipment through them June 15, 2016, then defaulted on the loan. The equipment was surrendered to FCS, which sold it and now seeks the remaining balance and interest.

Krystal Rose Duerksen was ordered to pay Newton Healthcare Corp. $732 plus interest for unpaid medical bills Nov. 7.

Jason Stika was ordered to pay Newton Healthcare Corp. $572.83 plus interest for unpaid medical bills Nov. 28.

Isaac G. Hilliard was ordered to pay Newton Healthcare Corp. $658 plus interest for unpaid medical bills Nov. 28.
