Dwight and Patricia Wedel filed a lawsuit Oct. 21 against Robert Pryor, Robert E. Kerr, and C.O.D. Construction on Demand, LLC. The Wedels seek more than $60,799.53, claiming Pryor, Kerr, and C.O.D. Construction began building a shed on their property in Peabody, then did not complete the job and the portion the defendants had built would need to be removed and rebuilt.
