Harold Brooks filed a petition July 27 against Claude Olsen Thouvenell seeking to have a purchase agreement for 504 N. Plum St., Peabody, nullified because Thouvenell made only one payment after the agreement was signed July 1, 2020. Brooks also seeks possession of three vehicles Thouvenell left on the property.
