Roger Loewen filed suit Feb. 3 against Brian Glenn Burkholder seeking more than $75,000 for injuries from an accident Aug. 19, 2020, on K-15. Loewen claims Burkholder was negligent in driving a tractor pulling a hay rake not equipped with rear lights when Loewen struck the hay rake.

Linda Kae Ouellette was ordered Jan. 31 to pay Central National Bank $496.25 plus costs and interest for an unpaid loan.

Christina D. Perez was ordered Jan. 21 to pay Capital One Bank $2,085.41 plus costs and interest for unpaid credit card bills.

Dustin Rodgers was ordered Dec. 15 to pay J&L Rentals $10,675 and was evicted from property at 1896 US-56.

State Farm Mutual Insurance Co. settled a lawsuit filed by Laura and James Paulus by agreeing to pay $18,612.45 plus $9,787.55 attorney’s fees. The suit stemmed from injuries suffered by their daughter Dec. 15, 2020, in a car wreck.

A lawsuit earlier filed against Mary M. Sullivan by Capital One was dismissed Jan. 18.

Tampa State Bank filed suit Feb. 7 against Jeromy D. James and Shannon D. James seeking to foreclose a mortgage and be paid $49,048.37 plus costs and interest.

Robin R. Zimmer was ordered Jan. 21 to pay Galt Ventures $1,365.09 plus costs and interest for an unpaid cash advance.
