Hillsboro police filed a request Aug. 17 to seize a 2010 Toyota Corolla and 116.7 grams of methamphetamine seized July 18 from Lisa Bunting and Matthew L. Finch. The estimated value of the Toyota is $2,500. Bunting and Finch can request exemption from forfeiture, file a legal claim to the car, or do nothing. Bunting formally was charged Aug. 11 with distribution of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana without a drug tax stamp. Finch formally was charged Aug. 11 with distribution of methamphetamine and possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.

Charlotte Coleman was ordered July 27 to pay LVNV Funding $620.78 plus costs and interest for unpaid credit card bills.

Karen K. Dicks filed a petition Aug. 15 seeking to change her name to Katie K. Dicks.

The title to 19.34 acres of land northwest of US-56 and K-158 was quieted Aug. 5 to Ronald L. Dies.

Crossroads Credit Union filed suit Aug. 19 against Katie Maag and Kerry Toews seeking $18,077.07 plus costs and interest for unpaid auto loans.

Casey Pohlman was ordered July 28 to pay MM Finance $2,237.50 plus costs and interest for an unpaid loan.

Marion County sheriff’s office filed a request Aug. 16 to seize a 2009 Mercedes Benz belonging to Josiah P. Tzolov, Black Canyon City, Arizona. Tzolov led deputies and police officers on a three-county, 40-mile, 130 mph chase July 25 that ended in his capture in Harvey County. The estimated value of the Mercedes is $6,000. Tzolov can request exemption from forfeiture, file a legal claim to the car, or do nothing. On the same day, Tzolov formally was charged with fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer; destroying, altering, or removing a vehicle identification number; driving while his license was canceled, suspended or revoked; and speeding.
