Marion County sheriff’s office filed an affidavit Jan. 3 seeking forfeiture of a 2018 Nissan Frontier owned by Kevin Geren, 61, Marion, who was arrested Dec. 25 and charged Dec. 28 with felony fleeing or attempting to elude law enforcement and possession of methamphetamine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.

Lehr, 40, Herington, who was arrested Dec. 10 and charged Jan. 3 with possession of drug paraphernalia and methamphetamine with intent to distribute, and possession of methamphetamine without a drug tax stamp.

The estate of Richard Clark was found Jan. 4 to be $74,906.28 in default on mortgage payments to Rocket Mortgage and costs. The property is to be sold at a sheriff’s sale.

Matthew L. Menges was found Jan. 4 to be $72,798 in default on mortgage payments to Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp. for property at 2120 Kruse Dr., Eastshore, with a $62,347.92 Internal Revenue Service tax lien on the property. The property is to be sold at a sheriff’s sale.
