The court ruled July 13 in favor of Agri Trails Co-Op in a debt-collection case. Wilson Davis and CW Drone Spraying and Seeding LLC are required to pay $28,713.32 plus interest and costs.

Flagstar Bank filed suit July 15 against Edwin G. and Marcia J. Lehmann to foreclose on a mortgage on 105 E. Main St., Lehigh, on which $42,625.26 is unpaid.

The court ruled June 23 in favor of GITSIT Solutions to foreclose on a mortage on 112 Elm St., Marion. The estates of Kay E. and Leland E. Heidebrecht are required to pay $249,934.20 plus interest and costs or the property will be sold at a sheriff’s sale.

Watchous Enterprises LLC and others filed suit July 10 against BD Alinn LLC and seeking ownership of gas and oil leases.
