Gerald and Jeanne Rziha of Tampa have been farming terraced land since the mid-80s, and they have purchased additional treated land from which they have cleared trees and shrubs. Conservation practices on their property consist of 26.8 acres of grassed waterways, 13.2 miles of gradient terraces, 690 feet of underground terraces, 204 feet of diversion, and one structure. The rangeland is divided into paddocks. Jerry has served as a conservation district supervisor.
