Residents attending all or part of a Church Conference March 16 through 18 in Dodge City included Ransom and Lillian Wiebe, Bruce and Cheryl Dirks, Merlin and Karletta Wiebe, Jarold and Rhonda Koehn, and Clayton and Betty Wiebe. While there, Ransom and Lillian visited Ken and Anita Schmidt in Montezuma and Jake Redger, a former resident of this community.

Mike Reece of Elmo invited Wendell and Linda Wedel, Richard and Charlotte Wiebe, Bruce and Cheryl Dirks, and Merlin and Karletta Wiebe for supper March 19.

Tyler Brockman of Newton spent spring break March 20 through 23 with his grandparents Gene and Jaraine Redger.

Supper guests of Rick and LaVae Koehn March 19 were Roy and Nadine Davis.

Melvin and Elvera Penner of Manitoba spent a few days with their daughter and son-in-law, Sheri and Jason Wiebe and family. Sheri’s sisters and family also visited. Errol and Karla Friesen were also houseguests of the Wiebes while Fred and Barb Towes of Ontario were houseguests of Ransom and Lillian Wiebe. All were dinner guests of Jason and Sheri March 20.

Supper guests of Wayne and Lora Lee Wiebe March 16 were Clayton and Betty Wiebe. They celebrated Ross’ 8th birthday.

Gene and Jaraine Redger attended a memorial service for their daughter Ramie’s mother-in-law March 23 in Newton.

Dinner guests of Dalton and Lorna Wiebe March 20 were Calvin and Janene Wiebe and family, Doug and Starla Koehn, and Crystal Royer.

Erol and Mae Wedel and Loretta Wiebe from Arizona came March 20 to spend time with Betty and Clayton Wiebe. They stayed until March 24.

Ransom and Lillian Wiebe and Richard and Kathy Dirks attended a memorial service for Mary Funk March 20.

Dinner guests of Ruston and Lydia Dirks March 20 were Roy and Nadine Davis, Teresa Wiebe, Bruce and Cheryl Dirks, Jarold and Rhonda Koehn, and John Steiner.

Barb Unruh and Sarah visited Barb’s niece Amy and Philip Kauffman March 15 in Haven. Another niece, Dezi, from Idaho, was also visiting.
