Ransom and Lillian Wiebe returned home March 31 from Sarasota, Fla., after spending three months working with a church.

Richard and Kathy Dirks had supper guests April 3 that included Shon and Kim Buster and family, Doug and Colleen Weinbrenner and family, Eric Weinbrenner and Danielle Friesen, and Tyler and Sheri Weinbrenner.

Dinner guests of Clayton and Betty Weibe on Easter were Katie Stutzman, Charla Nightingale, Beth Koehn, Sarah Peachy, Jerald and Rhonda Koehn and family, and Melvin and Vera Dirks. Nelson and Bev Wiebe and family, Travis and Sharon Koehn and family, and Calvin and Janene Wiebe and family were supper guests. It was the family Easter gathering and Travis’ birthday was honored.

Gene and Jaraine Redger hosted their family Easter Sunday in their Newton home. Most of the family was present.

Darrel and Donita Rhodes and family hosted the Harry Wedel family for dinner Easter Sunday at the school. Duane and Louise Ratzlaff and Rayletta were guests. About 50 people attended.

Jim and Brenda Enns, Lon and Deb Hiebert and Matt; Mark and Barb Unruh, Katelin, and Sarah; Warren and Anita Unruh, Nathan, Kyle, and Jenna; and David and Ashley Enns and family were dinner guests April 4 of Ron and Dora Unruh.

Wendell and Linda Wedel went to Fredonia April 3 for the George Mayeskea family reunion. They had dinner and supper together before returning home that evening. The next day, Wendell and Linda Greg and Charlene Wedel and family and Travis and Connie Becker and Garrett had dinner together in Newton.

Kendall and Susie Weibe left for California April 3 to visit Susie’s sister, Jana, who teaches there. They also visited relatives before turning home Friday.

Titus and Grace Stutzman and Amanda Stutzman of Hydro, Okla., came April 2 to visit their daughter and granddaughter, Katie, who teaches here. They also attended a program by the youth group April 2 at Morning Star Church. They were overnight guests of Ransom and Lillian Wiebe.

Lola Redger had her family home for dinner Easter Sunday. Guests were Ray Redger, Kyle, and Tressa; and Lisa and Verla Redger.

Merlin and Karletta Wiebe hosted a dinner April 4 that included Ransom and Lillian Wiebe, Chester and Melissa Boehs, Byron and Rebecca Thomas and Christina, Jason and Sheri Wiebe and family, and Lavern and Carol Goossen and family of Rosenort Manitoba. Carol is Sheri’s sister and the Goossens have been houseguests of the Wiebes.

Supper guests of Ransom and Lillian Wiebe April 4 were Mark Wiebe, Lance, and Karalee and Jason and Sheri Wiebe and their houseguests, the Lavern Goossen family.
