Larry and Wanda Koehn celebrated their 40th anniversary by taking their family to enjoy cool weather July 19 to 23 in Durango, Colo.
Joining them were Travis and Sharon Koehn and family; Amy Koehn of Brookville, Miss.; Tim and Sheila Koehn and family, home from a mission trip to Africa; Titus Koehn; Tom and Sara Penner and family of Manitoba; Dalton and Lorna Wiebe and family; Christopher and Denise Schrock and Kai of Kidron, Ohio; and Eric Schrock, who lived with the Koehns this past year.
Among the group’s activities was a train ride from Durango to Silverton.
After returning from Colorado, Christopher and Denise Shrock and Kai spent the week with the Koehns
Other supper guests July 27 included Dalton and Lorna Wiebe and family, Travis and Sharon Koehn and family, Tim and Sheila Koehn and family, Eric Shrock, and Grant and Sandy Unruh of Newton.
The Koehn family and other relatives had dinner July 29 in Moundridge. That evening, the Unruh families had a basket supper at the school.
The Schrocks left July 30 for Ohio.
Rick and LaVae Koehn and boys had dinner July 29 with Roy and Nadine Davis.
Ken and Sandy Wiebe’s dinner guests July 29 were Teresa Wiebe, Quinton and Diane Unruh and Jessie, Gary and Crystal Davis, and Tim Davis.
The upcoming wedding of Arlyn Wiebe, son of Richard and Charlotte Wiebe, and Kalynda Koehn, daughter of Jarold and Rhonda Koehn, was announced at Morning Star church. Their wedding will be Sept. 2.
