Lois Nuss and Brad and Sheila Nuss attended baptism services Aug. 8 for Brad and Sheila’s grandchildren in Overland Park.

Fifty members of the Fred and Julianne Hamm family met Aug. 8 for the annual reunion at Marion County Lake Hall. There were members from the families of Ed and Bertha Hamm, John and Augusta Schattek, William and Leah Hamm, Harry and Amanda Schwemmer, and Emil and Lena Hamm. Eleanor Esau and family of McPherson were hosts.

Tim and Donna Diener and Kent and Emily Nichols of Hesston visited Bryce and Ann Kopper Aug. 8 at Garden City. Later in the day, they attended a bridal shower for Leah Kopper.

Guests at the home of Wilbur and Florence Hett Aug. 8 were Robin Webb and her children of Fort Scott.

Tim and Vera Isaac attended a Reimer family reunion Aug. 8 in Wichita. Vera’s mother, Helen C. Reimer of Meade, attended and spent several days with Tim and Vera. David and Mary Lancaster vacationed in Oklahoma Aug. 7 and 8. Ida Gross of South Dakota stayed two weeks with her sister, Celia Gross.
