Friends celebrate birthday

Gaylord and Valera Hamm of Durham, Marcella and Oliver Mohn, Paul and Arlene Pankratz, and Donna Diener took supper to the home of Gus and Mildred Hamm in Hillsboro Feb. 10 to celebrate Mildred’s birthday.

Elda Mellott of Peabody spent the weekend with Jerry and Joan Jost.

Durham Baptist ladies living in Hillsboro celebrated January and February birthdays by having dinner out on Feb. 11. Birthdays celebrated were Marcella Mohn, Beverly Elliott, and Jane Miller.

Guests of Ruth Ann Penner on Feb. 12 at a restaurant in Canton for a valentine’s tea were Ruth Ann’s sisters Betty Ratzlaff of Valley Center and Joyce Berger of Goessel.

Zoe and Lexie Penner, children of the Mike Penners, spent the night Feb. 12 with their grandparents, Dennis and Judy Penner.
