Marcella Mohn spent a week in June in Houston, Texas, visiting Jeryl and Vicki Mohn and Justin and Erin Mohn and family.
Randy Hamm of Kansas City spent a week with his parents, Gus and Mildred Hamm, to help with wheat harvest. The Hamms were joined by Dave and Sharon Schrag and family of Lindsborg for Father’s Day.
Children and grandchildren of Willis and Ruth Ann Penner gathered for dinner Father’s Day at the Penner home.
Father’s Day visitors at Larry Hamm’s home were Mark and Kathy Nachtigall and family of McPherson and the Russel Hamm family of Canton.
Marissa Diener of Lawrance spent some time with her parents, Tim and Donna Diener, and her grandmother, Arlene Pankratz. Other recent visitors at the Pankratz home were Andrew and Trudy Pankratz of Abilene and Jim and Merna Hamm of Tampa.
Father’s Day guests of Doug and Colene Weinbrenner were Pat and Charlie Ford of Newton, Doug and Joyce Weinbrenner of Lehigh, Tyler and Cherie Weinbrenner of Hillsboro, and other family.
Norman and Dot Ensz and their son, Randy Ensz, had lunch together on Father’s Day. They also visited a family wedding June 25 in Mission. The groom was the son of Vic Ensz.
Adam and Rachel Wathan and children of Overland Park visited the Duwane Miller family June 19.
Eleanor Herbel, Carol Ollenburger, and Edie Ollenburger attended a baby shower for Regan Spraw of Lincoln, Neb., June 25 in Newton at the home of Willabeth Gonzalles.
Don and Connie Isaac spent 11 days in California visiting Lance and Christy Zimmerman and family at Reedly. They also attended the funeral of Don’s brother, Vernon Isaac, at Shafter.
Kim Miller of Battle Creek, Wash., spent several days with his parents, Duwane and Jane Miller. Edie Ollenburger was an additional dinner guest June 26.
