John and Carol Wiebe and Don and Connie Isaac ate breakfast together June 2 in Durham to celebrate Connie’s birthday. James Isaac and boys of Wichita joined the Wiebes on June 5 for a birthday breakfast for Connie.

Karen Haug of Jetmore stayed the weekend with her parents, Oliver and Marcella Mohn.

Wayne and Linda Friesen visited Becky Soyez and family June 6 in Marion.

Kent and Emily Nichols of Hesston and Tim, Donna, and Marissa Diener visited June 6 at the Paul Pankratz home.

Wilmer and Marilyn Bartel celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary June 8 in Wichita. They did some sightseeing and ate dinner out.

Duane and Shirley Hamm and Shirley’s sister, Norma Ballard of Topeka, attended the Hazelton High School Alumni Banquet on June 6. Their brother, Bob Gates of Laverne, Okla., also attended. On the way home, they visited Dee and Bonita Waggner at Sedgwick.
