County basketball players earn all-state honors

A trio of Hillsboro High School boys earned All-State Class 2A basketball honors from the Topeka Capital-Journal.

Juniors Darian Ratzlaff and Wes Shaw, and senior Elias Werth were tabbed honorable mention for the Trojans, who finished 17-6.

Centre’s duo of Cole Srajer and Cole Svoboda gained honorable mention for Class 1A1.

Goessel senior Eden Hiebert, and Marion senior Kourtney Hansen were selected to Class 2A’s second team, with Goessel’s Brittney Hiebert receiving honorable mention.

Centre sophomore Kelsey Hett was named honorable mention for 1A1.
