Melissa Demo, 47, El Dorado, jailed Dec. 25 by sheriff’s deputies on charges of driving with a suspended license, driving under the influence of alcohol, and transporting an open container of alcohol.

Ermino Guerrero, 39, Goessel, jailed Dec. 31 by sheriff’s deputies on charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Richard Hill, 27, Peabody, jailed Dec. 22 by sheriff’s deputies for allegedly failing to appear in court.

Hartney Hummer Jr., 51, Wichita, jailed Thursday by Peabody police on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and criminal trespass.

Brandon Laizure, 19, Council Grove, jailed Dec. 21 by Marion police on charges of distribution of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Nolan Litke, 20, Council Grove, jailed Dec. 21 by Marion police on charges of distribution of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jeremy Mallam, 22, Hillsboro, jailed Dec. 28 by Hillsboro police on a Geary County warrant for failure to appear in court.

Kelley Piatt, 30, Herington, jailed Dec. 23 by Peabody police for allegedly being in indirect contempt of court.

Thomas Potts, 59, Peabody, jailed Dec. 27 by sheriff’s deputies on charges of domestic battery and making a criminal threat.

Michael Richmond, 52, Florence, jailed Dec. 24 by sheriff’s deputies on charges of aggravated battery.

Brett Rohloff, 19, Wilsey, jailed Dec. 21 by Marion police on charges of distribution of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Christopher Schafer, 22, Durham, jailed Dec. 22 by sheriff’s deputies on charges of taking aggravated indecent liberties with a child.
