Javier Gallegos, 24, Houston, Texas, arrested April 18 by Marion police for transporting an open container of alcohol.

Darren Geissert, 33, Burdick, jailed April 18, committed by the court.

Luis Gonzales, 31, McAllen, Texas, arrested April 18 by Marion police for transporting an open container of alcohol.

Robert Potts, 30, Peabody, arrested Friday by Peabody police for driving with a suspended license.

Dirk Young, 18, Marion, arrested April 18 by Marion police for consuming alcohol as a minor and possession of drug paraphernalia.
