New Arrests

Joshua C. Burdine, 23, Wichita, arrested Thursday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of failure to appear. Released four hours later on $2,500 surety bond.

Gerald D. Hager, 40, Florence, arrested Friday by a sheriff’s deputy of suspicion of failure to appear. Released a half hour later on $1,000 cash bond.

Rita M. Hood, 52, Florence, arrested by a sheriff’s deputy Oct. 22 on suspicion of failure to appear. Released Wednesday on $100 cash bond.

William J. Hughes, 32, Dayton, Ohio, arrested Friday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of attempting to drive under the influence and failing to drive in the right lane on a four-lane highway. Released the next day on $2,500 surety bond.

Beau T. Johnson, 25, McPherson, was arrested Saturday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of attempting to drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs, violation of restrictions on driver’s license, and defective tail lamp. Released four hours later on $2,500 surety bond.

John L. Loomis, 47, Marion, arrested Friday by a sheriff’s deputy for reasons not disclosed in the county jail roster.

Yecenia Negrete-Hernandez, 20, Newton, arrested Friday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of probation violation.

Santos Segora, 28, Wichita, arrested Wednesday by a state trooper on suspicion of operating a vehicle without a valid license. Released an hour later on $1,000 surety bond.

Rexana J. Siebert, 41, Marion, arrested Wednesday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of probation violation. Released the next day on $5,000 surety bond.

Molly S. Stahlheber, 37, Salina, arrested Monday on a Kansas Department of Corrections hold.

Robert A. Welsh, 59, Wichita, arrested Oct. 23 by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of driving while license suspended, no liability insurance, and operating a vehicle without registration. Released two hours later on $2,000 surety bond.

Janae N. Wiebe, 30, arrested Oct. 22 on suspicion of failure to appear. Released a half hour later on $500 bond.

Christopher R. Young, 46, Peabody, arrested by a sheriff’s deputy Friday on a court commit.
